Zach's Outfit Today

Check out the outfit that the gremlin picked out for himself today:

Orange and black, Halloween colors! It gives me a warm glowy feeling inside to know that I'm corrupting a young child.

  1. I love when my daughter (6 next month) chooses her Halloween shirts & socks at the most random times of the year. She also loves her spider, bat, pumpkin, & skull hair accessories year-round, as well. The funny thing is, although I typically wear all black, I don't always dress particularly goth, so she's doing it all on her own, LOL. I swear, Target is the best place for gothy clothes for kids!

    1. I've gotten a lot of his clothes at Target. He likes to pick out shirts when we go shopping, not much with anything else. We tend to go shopping a lot around Halloween, and he does get excited when we find "spooky socks," which, yes, he wears all year round.

  2. Now there's a baby bat if I ever saw one!

    1. This is what I always thought the term meant. I live in Los Angeles, and we use the term when referencing the children of goth parents. It's funny how the same term can mean different things depending on where one lives.

    2. Check out my post "On the Use of the Term Babybat" It's in the May archives.

  3. I just read it. While I use the term "babybat" occasionally, it's not meant to demean anyone. I just use it to describe someone young or new to the subculture. Everybody has to start someplace.
